Processing of personal data

It processes all personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC on the protection of personal data).

As a data controller, we provide the customer as a data subject with information on the processing of his personal data.

Purposes and legal basis of Personal Data processing

The processing of personal data, in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number (hereinafter referred to as "Personal data for the contact form"), is necessary for communication with the client and such processing therefore does not require the consent of the data subject. If Personal Data is not disclosed, the communication cannot be performed.

Personal data in the range of IP address and site usage statistics are also processed.

The purpose of processing Personal Data is in particular:

communication with client

basic analytics of website behavior

For registration and storage in the database of models and hostesses, we process personal data in the range of name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, e-mail address, address, gender, height, measures, eye color, clothing size, weight, hair color, shoe size, knowledge of the language of the photograph ("Personal data for registration in the database") are necessary for registration in the database of models and such processing therefore does not require the consent of the data subject. If Personal Data is not disclosed, registration cannot be performed.

We provide the activities described above in cooperation with other entities.

Personal data will be stored for the purposes of possible disputes, or for reasons of compliance with legislative requirements given by local legislation or EU legislation.

At the same time, we hereby expressly request that he not disclose data about his health condition and other data falling into the category of sensitive data during communication. We never request such data and it is not in our interest to process this personal data in any way. However, if the customer voluntarily communicates this information during communication via this notice and thus clearly discloses it, he does so at his own risk.

Data subject rights:

You are entitled to request access to Personal Data, correction or deletion of Personal Data, as well as restrictions on the processing of Personal Data. You have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data and the right to the portability of Personal Data. All these rights can be exercised in written or electronic form through the above contact details. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with the processing of Personal Data.
